WEDDINGS, RECEPTIONS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

We suggest the following menus in a variety of formats for you to consider the style of presentation that best suits you. We are happy to adapt any menu-just let us know what you have in mind. We are happy to adapt any menu items to suit you. Just let us know what you have in mind!

The Plated Wedding Reception is a "sit-down" style meal. After a cocktail hour with passed and stationary hors d'œuvre, your guests are seated for a plated salad, "surf and turf" entrée combination and dessert.

The Clambake Buffet is a "destination wedding" favorite. Passed hors d'œuvre and homemade clam chowder will whet your guests' appetites for "the bake" as they see and smell it steaming. A fudgey little brownie accompanies coffee.

The Wedding Buffet begins with cocktails, passed hors d'œuvre and our house specialty, lobster cheesecake, and continues with a plated salad. Our staff then invites your guests to a dinner buffet. A coffee and dessert station follows.

The Cocktail Reception includes a variety of presentations of smaller courses, from passed hors-d'œuvre to "mini-stations". Dessert is a "hands-on" fondue station served with coffee.

The Food Station Reception also begins with cocktails and passed hors d'œuvre. The meal is then prepared at four stations simultaneously for your guests to enjoy as separate courses in any order. Trays of Linzer heart cookies are served at the coffee station.
